Refund & Cancellation Policy
Sizzle is a digital subscription. This policy explains how to cancel, how renewals work, and when refunds apply.

1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@sizzonli.shop. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and your project quota remains available until then. Quotas do not roll over.
2. Automatic renewals
Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans renew yearly, in USD, until cancelled. We charge the plan price shown at checkout. If a payment fails, we may retry and pause access until it succeeds.
3. Refunds
- New subscriptions: if you are unhappy with a first paid charge, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund of that charge in good faith.
- Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, but tell us promptly if a renewal was unexpected and we will look at it fairly.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: fully refunded.
- Unused quota: unused monthly projects are not refundable or transferable.
Because access is granted immediately, statutory cancellation rights for digital services may not apply once you begin generating content; we still handle requests fairly.
4. Not happy with an output?
Outputs are creative drafts. If a visual or reel misses the mark, regenerate it or adjust the brief, tone or platform first — most issues are solved with another pass. If you still need help, contact support.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@sizzonli.shop with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Governing law: England and Wales.
