• False, deceptive or misleading claims;
• Exaggerated or unsubstantiated benefit, health or medical/therapeutic claims;
• Misleading comparisons or fake "before/after" results;
• Fabricated discounts, fake reviews, fake testimonials or false urgency/scarcity.

You must follow the advertising policies of the platforms you post to and applicable advertising and consumer law.

You must not use Sizzle to:

• Impersonate or imitate third-party brands, trademarks or logos;
• Use a real person's name, image or likeness, including celebrities, without rights;
• Recreate copyrighted characters or protected works.

Any product images, logos or brand assets you upload must be yours or licensed for your use.

You must not generate promotional content for:

• Pharmaceuticals, supplements with health claims, or medical treatments;
• Financial investments, trading schemes or get-rich-quick offers;
• Gambling or betting;
• Alcohol, tobacco, vaping or controlled substances;
• Weapons or ammunition;
• Adult or sexual content.

Do not create content that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or that exploits minors, nor content that promotes illegal activity or infringes others' rights.

We may remove content, suspend generation, or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Report abuse to support@sizzonli.shop. This policy works alongside the Terms of Service and Content License.
